Whipped cream

Here is a recipe for homemade whipped cream: 

-  1 cup heavy cream

-  1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-  1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Mix heavy cream in a bowl with a hand mixture until firm and steep peaks form.  Add in vanilla extra and powdered sugar.  Serve with ice cream, pie, or whatever you choose or store in the refrigerator.
