Simple Maple Syrup

Here is a simple maple syrup recipe:

-  1 cup water
-  2 cups granulated sugar
-  1/2 teaspoon maple extract

Combine water and sugar in a sauce pan.  Bring to a boil and stir until sugar in dissolved.  One sugar is dissolved, reduce heat to barely a boil and add maple extract.  Stir and let slightly boil for approximately 3 minutes.  Remove from heat and store in a container(s) in your refrigerator.  Enjoy!

Really simple to make....only takes about 10 minutes, and broken down cost wise, it is cheaper then buying a bottle in the store.  Also, better for you with all naturally ingredients and no preservatives!
