Homemade Salsa


Here is a recipe for some homemade salsa:

-  1 14.5 can of whole (peeled) tomatoes
-  1/4 onion
-  1/3 bundle of cilantro
-  3 habanero chile peppers (if you like it more spicy, use more, if you like less spicy, use less)
-  salt and pepper to taste

Drain a can of whole and peeled tomatoes and place in a bowl, dice the onion, cilantro, and habanero peppers and place into the bowl with the tomatoes.  Use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together.  If you don't have a hand mixer, use a blender.  Add in salt and pepper to taste.  Mix and refrigerate.  Serve with some tortilla chips.  If you want to make more, double, or triple the recipe.  Enjoy!
