Review of ravioli stamp

I purchased a round ravioli stamp about a month ago from Williams-Sonoma for $7.95 + tax.
It is a traditional style, Aluminum, round stamp, 3 1/8 inch (80 mm) diameter x 4 inches high, with a turned beach wood handle.
Made in Italy by the Eppicotispai Group.

This utensil seals and cuts filled ravioli all in one step. it is super easy to use. simply push down firmly, twist slightly left and right at least once and pull excess dough away. Too easy! When done, it cleans with a damp towel, and stores in a typical utensil drawer.

This is an excellent tool, and I highly recommend it for its flawless function, and simple design. Don't let the price detour you from choosing this product. Eppicotispai "loves pasta" and it shows in their attention to detail and use of quality materials.
