Here is a recipe for ranch marinaded chicken (approximately 4 to 6 servings):
- 1/2 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 4 tablespoons worchester sauce
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt and paper to taste
- 6 chicken breasts, skinned and cubed
Mix together ranch, olive oil, rosemary, worchester sauce, white vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Place cubed chicken into a zipped lock bag and coat with the marinade. Let the chicken marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Place the cubed chicken onto skewers and barbecue until no longer pink in the center (approximately 10 minutes). Serve and enjoy!
