- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla
- 1 cup powdered milk
Use an electric or stick blender to mix water, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add in powdered milk once well blended and mix again until smooth. Store in refrigerator in an air tight container until ready to use. It keeps in the refrigerator for approximately 1 week.
