Mashed Potatoes



Here is a recipe for mashed potatoes (4 to 6 servings):

-  5 potatoes peeled and cut into cubes (leave some skin on)
-  3 tablespoons butter
-  1/4 cup milk
-  1 tablespoon dried oregano
-  1 table spoon garlic powder
-  1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
-  salt and pepper to taste

Place cubed potatoes in a medium saucepan filled with water and bring to a boil.  Let simmer until potatoes are tender (should be done when you stick a fork in them and they break apart).  Mask potatoes with butter and milk.  Mix in oregano, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.  Serve warm as a side dish.  Enjoy!
