Alfredo Sauce



Here is a recipe for Alfredo sauce (makes about 4 serving for pasta...I suggest to double or trip for a lasagna):

-  1 cup heavy cream
-  1/4 cup butter
-  1 clove of crushed garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
-  1 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
-  1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley

Melt butter in sauce pan over medium to low heat.  Add heavy cream and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.  Whisk in garlic and parmesan cheese, making sure that all of the cheese is combined and melted.  Simmer for a few minutes.  Stir in parsley and serve.  Enjoy!
